Willows Bend is the venue that I have probably filmed the most weddings at. I’ve personally have always had a good time filming weddings at this venue. I have filmed both indoor and outdoor ceremony’s which makes it easy to switch depending on Kansas weather. Being by the water is on of my favorite parts of the venue. I always get great sound during the ceremony and toasts from plugging into the DJ’s soundboard. The bride has a large area upstairs to get ready which also makes for filming. During the reception they have an option to add a smoke machine that always adds to a wedding film. Another option that is fun is fireworks! They will put on a fireworks display for you towards the end of your reception before the sparkler exit. These options at Willow Bend are what making a wedding film fun to create.
